We work with the Later Life Team and the Memory Clinic to host a carers group on the 2nd Wednesday of the month
 
The HUB works in close partnership with Wigan Council and the NHS, ensuring our support is safe, trusted, and aligned with local health and social care standards such as Wigan Councils Progress with Unity. These strong relationships help us provide high-quality, reliable services for adults aged 50+ and their families.
